Why can I see style and pattern lists but not the details?
Style and pattern details are subscription content. Free use can browse some list information but cannot open details. Subscribers can open full details for the zones they have.
Why can I read some professional reports but not others?
A small number of reports are marked for free preview and can be read without a subscription. Other full reports require the matching subscription.
I already subscribe. Why still can't I open a zone?
POP opens content by the actual subscription scope. Being a subscriber does not automatically include every zone. Check whether your organization has that zone.
Why can't I download high-resolution assets?
High-resolution downloads are a professional capability. The account needs member access, and the subscription needs to include that download right. The exact scope follows the subscription.
Why can't I use AI capabilities?
AI capabilities are not included by default for free accounts, and they are not part of every subscription. Check whether your organization's plan includes them.
How do I invite other members?
An organization admin can invite and manage members in account settings. Each member uses a seat and follows the organization's subscription scope.

Where can I see my subscription scope?
After signing in, open My subscription in account settings to see the organization's status and rights.
