What does a subscription include?
A POP subscription is set by the organization's actual needs. It is not the same fixed set of rights for every customer. It is usually made of content zones, team seats, and professional capabilities.

- Capabilities
- High-resolution downloads, AI capabilities, and other extras follow the actual plan.
The opened scope follows My subscription, the order, or the contract.
Zones and access
POP covers apparel, shoes, bags, home, jewelry, CMF, and other fields. An organization can open the zones it needs.
- Opened zone: Members can use the full professional content included in that zone.
- Unopened zone: Public content can still be browsed, but content that needs that zone cannot.
- Add a zone: If the team's work changes, contact a sales advisor about opening more zones.
A subscriber does not automatically receive every zone.
Seats and members
A company subscription is managed by organization. An admin can invite members within the configured seats.
- Each person who uses POP should use their own account.
- A member who joins the organization uses one seat.
- The admin invites, disables, removes members, and manages seats.
- If an admin needs member-level professional content, they also need a member seat.
- When seats run out, the admin can ask a sales advisor about adding more.
Members receive only what the organization has already opened. Joining the team does not add unsubscribed zones or unopened capabilities.
Downloads and AI
High-resolution downloads and AI capabilities are part of the subscription. Whether they can be used depends on the actual plan.
High-resolution downloads
A valid member seat and the matching download right are both required. The downloadable scope follows the plan.
AI capabilities
Free use does not include AI capabilities. Whether a subscriber has them follows the opened plan.
Subscribing to a content zone does not automatically include downloads or AI.

If the team wants to see whether POP fits the current work before subscribing, submit a trial request.
Term and renewal
Access follows the term in the order or contract. An admin can see the current status and opened scope in My subscription.
To renew, add zones, or change seats and capabilities, contact a sales advisor to confirm the new plan.
Payment and invoices
Company subscriptions are mainly paid by bank transfer. Alipay, WeChat, and other official methods may be available for a specific order.
For payment safety, account numbers and payment QR codes are not kept on public pages. Use the official details in the contract, order, or from a sales advisor.
